Verifying Device Activity

After replacing a battery or installing a replacement device, you can confirm activity within the Ranger dashboard.

  1. Log in to ranger.band24.com.

  2. Navigate to the Asset Details page.

  3. Locate the asset associated with the device.

  4. Open the Asset Detail Page.

  5. Review the Last Seen timestamp or Activity History.

When the device is detected by nearby devices in the Band24 network, the activity history will update automatically.


Best Practices

To maintain reliable device performance:

  • Use high-quality CR2032 batteries for Band24 Pro devices

  • Ensure the battery is inserted in the correct orientation

  • Confirm the battery door is fully sealed after replacement

  • Replace Slim devices once their internal battery reaches end of life

Following these steps will help ensure your Band24 devices continue operating reliably within the Band24 tracking network.
