Troubleshooting Permission Access

If you are unable to view assets, manage devices, or access certain areas of the Ranger dashboard, your account role may limit those permissions.

Band24 workspaces use role based access controls, typically including:

  • Admin access – full account and asset management permissions

  • User access – limited access for monitoring assets and activity

If you believe you should have access to a specific feature:

  1. Contact your workspace Admin.

  2. Ask them to review your role in the My team section of Ranger.

  3. Your permissions can be updated if additional access is required.
    ​

Admins can modify roles or update permissions for any team member within the workspace.
